Felicidad

La vida es complicada a veces, y otras tan sencilla, alguien me decía que somos nosotros mismos quienes nos empeñamos en hacerla difícil. A veces nos ahogamos en detalles que no son tan importantes, a  veces no somos capaces de mirar más allá. Hay un dicho que dice que Dios no cierra una ventana sin abrir otra antes, pues bien, en realidad que esa ventana se abra depende mucho de nosotros mismos, de nuestra actitud para afrontar los cambios, de nuestra predisposición a ser felices o a ahogarnos en nuestra amargura. Hay personas que parecen vivir en una permanente felicidad, siempre sonrientes, se pudiera pensar que nunca sufrieran revés alguno en la vida, y sin embargo seguro que como todo el mundo tienen sus momentos bajos, pero la diferencia está en como los afrontan. Ver la parte positiva de las cosas, el vaso medio lleno y no medio vacío, disfrutar de las pequeñas cosas, de los amigos, de la familia, de la persona que quieres, recordar los momentos buenos y no los malos,  regodearse en la felicidad y no en la amargura, ser positivo, alegrar a tu compi de curro diciéndole lo guapa/o q viene hoy, decirle a tus seres queridos lo mucho que les quieres, dar un abrazo porque si, porque te apetece, sin más, disfrutar de tu canción favorita del momento y desgallitarte cantándola o más bien destrozándola J… Son cosas tan simples, y que nos cuesta tanto a veces hacer… ¿ Cuándo fue tu último momento feliz? ¿La última vez que hiciste feliz a alguien? ¿ La última vez que alguien te hizo feliz ?
